What is the process for getting my boiler replacements?
Once you us one of our Green Deal advisers will organise a Green Deal assessment to take place at your property. This will mean that a fully credited and authorized Green Deal Assessor (GDA) will visit your property, at a time and date that is suitable for you.
The assessment will take around 60 minutes and will show what measures are recommended to be installed at your property. If you have an old inefficient boiler in your property, the Green Deal Advice Report (GDAR) will recommend that a boiler replacement be undertaken as a suitable measure for the property.
Once you have decided to replace your old boiler through us as a Green Deal Provider. We will setup your Green Deal finance agreement up and organise your installation date for your boiler replacement.
One of our fully authorised and acredited gas safe boiler replacement installers will visit your property at a time and date organised by you that is suitable, this is when you get a new boiler through the Green Deal scheme.

How long will my install take?
Once you have been accepted for Green Deal finance, we will organise your install date for your brand new boiler replacement. Installs typically take around 4-5 hours and an engineer will answer any questions that you may have when getting your boiler installed.
Once your boiler install has been completed, you will be given a gas safe certification. This ensures that all installs are completed within the industry standard and means that all gas mains have been checked and passed as safe. We will then send you your boiler warranty and guarantee certificate. Keep this in a safe place, in the rare event that there is a problem with your boiler you can call on this at any time.
